Partnership Agreement
By becoming a partner with Hello Xpress Removals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations for all partners in our network.
Partner Responsibilities
- Maintain valid insurance coverage for all vehicles and operations
- Provide professional, reliable, and timely service to customers
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers and Hello Xpress Removals
- Report any incidents, accidents, or issues immediately
Revenue Sharing
Partners receive a competitive commission on completed orders. The commission percentage is determined by Hello Xpress Removals and may vary based on order type, volume, and performance.
Commission payments are processed according to our payment schedule, typically within 7-14 business days after order completion and customer payment confirmation.
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations. If VAT registered, partners must provide their VAT Tax ID and comply with all VAT requirements.
Code of Conduct
Partners must maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. This includes:
- Treating all customers with respect and courtesy
- Arriving on time for scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Handling all items with care and following proper moving procedures
- Maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles
- Wearing appropriate attire and maintaining a professional appearance
- Respecting customer property and privacy
Partnership Termination
Hello Xpress Removals reserves the right to terminate partnerships at any time for violations of this policy, poor performance, customer complaints, or failure to meet service standards.
Partners may terminate their partnership by providing written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule.
Acceptance
By registering as a partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Partner Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
